Rules
Do:
- Mark as CALL if your train has called (arrived, doors unlocked, doors closed, departed) at a station
- Mark as PLAT if you have arrived and/or departed by train and as a result, stood on the station platform.
- Mark as CALL if your service was scheduled to stop but didn't (i.e. partially cancelled but you passed through)
- Mark as CALL if your service was scheduled to stop at a request stop but did not stop as a result of a passenger not requesting to alight.
- Mark as CALL if your service was a rail replacement bus and was scheduled to stop at the station.
Don't:
- Mark as CALL if the train passed through fast.
- Mark as PLAT if your train terminated but you stayed on until it formed the next service.
- Mark as PLAT if you got off a dwelling service
- Mark as PLAT if you visited a station by a non-rail mode, such as bus, tube or road (excluding rail replacement buses)
Dates:
- Remember to add a date to the record when you have completed CALL and/or PLAT for a station.
- If you have got off a train and got on another service (such as to make a connection), this counts as both CALL and PLAT.
Validility dates:
- Tracking of station visits is from 02/04/2021 - when I boarded my first train on my own from Faversham to Shepherdswell.
